By accessing snsstrategies.com (the "Site") or engaging SNS Strategies for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Us

SNS Strategies is a trading name of Solura LLC ("we", "us"). We provide e-commerce growth services including Shopify development, paid advertising management, email and SMS marketing, SEO, brand and creative services, and related consulting.

2. Services and Engagements

The scope, fees, and duration of any services are agreed in writing per engagement (proposal, statement of work, or written correspondence). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, engagements may be terminated by either party with written notice; fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing and growth outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, advertising platforms, and your own business decisions. Case studies and figures on the Site describe past engagements and are not a promise of future performance. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, traffic, conversion, or ranking outcome.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of materials and access you provide (accounts, product claims, brand assets), for ensuring your products and advertising claims comply with the laws of your markets, and for timely review and approval of deliverables.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are payable as invoiced. Late amounts may accrue interest and we may pause services while invoices remain overdue. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you under an engagement are assigned to you, excluding our pre-existing materials, tools, templates, and know-how, which remain ours and are licensed to you as needed to use the deliverables. We may reference non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits or revenue), and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including any non-excludable rights you may have under the consumer laws of your place of residence.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE, except where mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
